Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (907) 318-7232 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Inspired Living at Kodiak Furniture and Mattress Gallery

Welcome to our website and store! Kodiak Furniture, previously known at Total Interior Furnishings, was opened in 1988 by Jim and Sandy Peotter. We have been at the same address and phone number since 1989!

Total Interiors was originally a full home furnishings store, selling everything from flooring to blinds to bedding and so much more, over the last 34 years and now as Kodiak Furniture we have adjusted our portfolio to now specialize specifically in furniture and mattresses, with a sprinkling of accent and décor.

While we, Levi and Kalynn, have worked at Kodiak Furniture for nearly a decade, we purchased the store September 1, 2019, and are now at the helm. Bringing our local community, the best quality and value in furniture and mattresses.

We are a young couple with an enormous love for quality home furnishings and individualized care for our neighbors and friends. Serving the entire Kodiak Archipelago, we bring our years of experience in the furniture industry to Kodiak. We stay ahead of the trends, so our customers don’t have to. We are passionate about our furniture and only bring in products that we would use in our own home. We dedicate our time to attending furniture shows, seminars, and trainings so that we know every item we sell.
